Filippo Cavassini is a Policy Analyst in the Regulatory Policy Division of the Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate, where he has contributed to the development of the programme of work on the governance and performance of regulators and the application of behavioural insights to regulatory design and delivery. He has authored and co-authored a number of OECD reviews on regulatory policy and public sector effectiveness.
Prior to joining the OECD, Filippo worked on policy and operational support towards enhanced aid effectiveness at the World Bank. He was an international affairs specialist in the French National Assembly and a member of the team advising the President of the National Assembly on international and economic affairs. He worked on economic and international issues at the UK Federation of Small Businesses.
Filippo holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and degrees in international relations, political economy and classics from the London School of Economics, the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and the University of Cambridge.
