What to put in a first note
If you are asking about a speaker recording, name the session title. If you are asking about a later meeting in a hired hall, say whether you need a close-out plan as well as a welcome desk. The Cambridge office can point you to the same checklist we used when a London venue had to be returned spotless after BX2022.
Mailing-list requests can use this page too. We folded the old sign-up link into this desk so one inbox handles both press questions and attendee updates.
